Make the reward easier to reach.

How a mobile navigation prototype turned stakeholder concern into a shared direction—and a shipped experience.

My role
Lead Designer
Scope
Mobile navigation · design through release

The rewards catalog served employees and distributor/channel-partner staff across multiple incentive programs. I led a mobile-navigation redesign after rewards members and internal teams reported difficulty browsing the catalog. A high-fidelity Figma prototype helped secure stakeholder agreement by showing how members could move between categories, return without unnecessary scrolling, and maintain their orientation through smoother transitions.

At a glance

  • Mobile navigation shipped around 2023–2024 and carried forward into the June 2025 redesign.
  • A high-fidelity prototype resolved stakeholder concerns about returning through the category hierarchy.

Approach: Investigated reported browsing friction, prototyped paged slideout navigation and partnered with engineers through manual validation.

Business feedback is qualitative; no measured redemption uplift or causal result is claimed.
